Upon our arrival at the hotel, Siya welcomed us and allowed us to check in early, as we had just completed a long 14-hour journey. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of food, and the cafeteria staff were incredibly attentive, always greeting us with a smile. One day, we had to evacuate the hotel during breakfast because the building next door had caught fire, but when we returned, they once again provided us with an amazing breakfast! Everything was great during our stay: the rooms were clean and comfortable—with great pillows and beds—and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The staff were always very attentive, especially Siya and Mohammed at the reception. They were always helpful and offered recommendations. The rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day, and fresh towels were provided. The hotel is close to everything—a great location. We truly had an excellent stay, and the entire staff—from the General Manager to the housekeeping team—was very attentive and friendly.
