Ниже среднего The communication from the property was awful. We called for over 2 hours the day of our check in with no response. Finally had to get the 3rd party booking app to intervene to get a response.
Also, pretty sure they control the AC from a remote location. Our room was sweltering and never got cool, despite the temperature setting on the unit.
I would not recommend staying here.

I was locked out of the room, the password they gave would not work, i texted them
at 1:30 am and did not get a text back on how to get into the room till 8am . Had to
sleep in my car. They would not give me a refund. they wouldn't even speak to me.
the shades in the room from the outside you can see they were all broken. And the
location of this place was in the proverty stricken area. I have pictures, but they are
on my phone so I can't upload them. By the way I'm 73 years old and my sister is 74.
and we slept in the car. I wrote the owners and never got a response from them
either. The most horrible experience I have ever encountered.

Clean, central location, friendly welcome. Shared bathroom and kitchen, which we found to work well for us. Would recommend!

Фантастический The property was spotlessly clean, and the location was ideal-very convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a few kitchen paper towels or cleaning tissues. It would also be very helpful to offer a universal or EU charging adapter for international guests, as my UK adapter didn’t fit securely in the power sockets. Other than that, everything was excellent

We arrived after regular check in hours so a little confusing with the contact through WhatsApp requiring updates on our arrival time even after we had set a time.
Our triple room with balcony was spacious, modern and clean. Street noise is unavoidable at night so be prepared. Excellent location!

We loved our stay, right in the middle of La Ramblas, everything was literally minutes away, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, market, metro etc. Great location and excellent facilities, spacious room, we had a triple bedroom with our own bathroom and shared kitchen. Thank you so much!

Фантастический This was a great find - clean and a great location. The staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. We had a shared bathroom but it wasn’t bad at all. There were 5 rooms in the apartment, two toilets and two separate showers. We stayed three nights and I never had to wait to use a restroom and only once had to wait for the shower for a few minutes.
