We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very central and close to everything. We loved the balcony with a nice view overlooking the streets and a view of the water. Front desk is only certain hours, but Ana the host was amazing and so responsive. We had a situation and needed her assistance with a key, and she was immediately able to help us which we greatly appeciated! Only feedback would be the wifi was not great in the room. However, we would happily stay again!

The only suggestion I have is to add a glass door for the shower. But the location, the furniture, the staff, the roof top, everything was amazing.

Didn't like the fact there were too many stairs very difficult to bring up or down large suitcases. Should mention on their website that the hotel doesn't have great accessibility. Especially for seniors. Also the bathroom shower was not maintained it leaked badly all over the floor. Did not always have hot water. We wouldn't stay there again. The cleaning service was great and the front desk staff.

No elevator, no front desk receptionist, if forget key at midnight then sleep on the street for $200.

Beautiful room, Ana was very friendly and welcoming, and communication was timely. It’s right in the center of Split so easy to sight see and find restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace was very cool although the clouds and rain kept us from taking full advantage of that perk.

Ana, the property Manager was very helpful in recommending different restaurants and things to do in the area made the trip very enjoyable. The property is located in a perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, and all of the conveniences in Split

We had a wonderful stay! It was located in the best place for touring Split. The suite was immaculate and love the views from the roof top terrace. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Ana was a super host ! Thank you

We had a fantastic short stay at Procurator 7. The room was very well presented all the utilities you could need. Situated in the old town, everything was only a few minutes walk away. The coast, local restaurants and Diocletian's palace was on our door step! Ana was very helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend
