Not clean

Bed, bedding and towels were fine. Nothing else was much good. Breakfast not taken as it was offered at a very unappealing place next door. Shuttle service to the airport was good and appreciated. Bathroom was mouldy, floor flooded, rotten timber. Walls were dirty.

The Property is very close to the Airport and the free pick up from the Airport is a huge benefit. The Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room is small but tidy and the bed was quite comfortable. The Downside was the Air-conditioning which didn't work and that takes away from all the benefits.

The whole reason i booked this one was for the easy airport pickup. They are 4 minutes away. I land and am about to follow the overly complicated instructions to find the driver. Then they tell me he has to pick up someone else too so it will take a lot of time and is better to get my own taxi. I was very angry as i had been traveling for 2 full days and exhausted. After fighting the scammers and finding grab i made it to a hotel that does not look as nice as the photos and stains on the bedding. The staff was friendly and to make up for having to pay for the taxi they paid for my ride to my next hotel. Thats the only reason i was generous with 2 stars instead of 1.

The hotel was very poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and rooms in bad condition. The bedsheets were torn and had visible stains, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was a terrible experience I genuinely wish I hadn’t stayed there. When I checked in, I raised my concerns with reception, and they did change my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself was disappointing. It clearly needs a major upgrade. The air conditioning was also extremely inefficient it took over four hours to cool a small room, which is unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Staying in this place, even for just one night, felt like torture. There were cockroaches, constant noise, and everything looked worn out, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The television didn’t work at all, and the faucet didn’t even have a filter/aerator, so the water was pouring out like a waterfall and splashing everywhere. Honestly, I was shocked. We even slept with the lights on because we were afraid the cockroaches would crawl onto the bed. The only positive thing about this place is the staff. A huge thank you to them — they are kind, polite, and very pleasant people. They honestly deserve a medal for working in such a terrible place. Dear staff members, please don’t be offended by this review. It is about the hotel, not about you. You deserve to work in a much better place.
