bad experience

Property is a long way from tourist spots. Staff at front desk and bar are excellent. Our room was so noisy as it faced straight onto tram tracks. Poorly renovated rooms. Although on the plus side better than I anticipated for the cheap prices room. Breakfast also had sufficient choices

The hotel is located a distance away from the busy tourist centre, it’s a good 20-30 minutes walk. Hotel facilities are what you could expect from a three star hotel. However, we were provided with torn and off white bath towels which are not acceptable as far as I’m concerned. Breakfast choices are limited. I guess the cost reflects the quality of the hotel!

The room was dirty, the carpets smelled and the room was musty the air conditioning didn’t work and when I asked for a fan they said they don’t have any to give us. Finally after a day the air conditioner worked but it was not strong at all. I was sweating while sleeping as it was hot. I would never stay here again. The quality of the shampoo and soap are poor quality and the towels were super old and were thin. Which means old, strings hanging of all edges and smelt. I asked for them to help me reimburse me for my stay in June as I booked incorrectly and they kept telling me to wait until I checked out and still no refund. The customer service is horrible, the breakfast is terrible and the yogurt is not even left in the fridge. Overall, I would never stay there for the price you pay, I paid approx $100 CAD and it not worth it at all. The beds are so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. The location is also bad, nothing around. And there are beggars out around the hotel which is not safe. They beg for money all around. I would not recommend staying here at all in my opinion.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the rooms quite small. The carpets were old and dirty, though manageable if you bring slippers or indoor shoes. The biggest issue was communication. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel multiple times to confirm airport shuttle service. They initially replied with the cost (300 MAD for a 35–40 minute ride) and required payment in cash dirham. Since MAD is a closed currency, I couldn’t get it in Canada and had to exchange money at the airport at a poor rate just to pay the driver. What made it stressful was that the hotel never clearly confirmed whether a driver would actually come or who to expect. Since our flight landed late and we left the airport around 10:30 PM, the uncertainty was frustrating. A driver did eventually contact us on WhatsApp and pick us up, but the lack of clear communication made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful, and the hotel is well-located in Casablanca. The rooms are quite small and dated, but fit our travel needs. My only concern was the AC unit, which did not work very well. We stayed at this hotel in April (the temperature was around 20-25°C mid-day), so it wasn't too bad, but I cannot imagine how different our experience would have been if we had visited during the summer months.

Didn’t eat breakfast only had lunch one day but the buffet was delicious. The staff was very professional. Checking in and out went seamlessly. Fell in love with the pregnant cat who lives by the front door. Bought her food a couple times.

Great location for those who like walkable options…easy walk from train station and easy walk to various sites in Casablanca.

Good location. Stayed 3 nights, room was not cleaned once during our stay, complained to reception after the first occasion, nothing changed. Had to request fresh towels when required. Reception member of staff, tall lady, dark hair - very, very rude. TV reception not good. NO AIRCON!!!!!!

Enjoyable stay. Friendly staff and great breakfast.
