Friendly staff,breakfast was ok

Firstly the staff there are fantastic, cant shine enough lihht on them. I was staying a Superior cottage as was a friend in another cottage. They bith needed some work, mould in the showers on the walls, the painters had left paint on tiles toilet set was loose and even when fixed it was still loose. It had a rainshower head coming straight out of the wall instead of above and water pressure was very poor. The furnishings in the room were sparse, nowhere for luggage the miror on the wall had a huge space across centre if where the backing was gone. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The grounds were aged but well kept but the aging deck had loose boards in many palces and made it uneven. I understand the cottages are the oldeat part of the hotel and are really showing thier age.

Great value for the cost. Very handy position. Close to the beach, cafes, restaurants. Chemist, doctor, dentist right out the front.. Good Parking Would definitely go back

Staff are amazing and the hotel is in prime location. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Affordable and everything is at your door.

Staff are super friendly .. Rooms are clean

We stayed in premier pool view room. The room was large clean & tidy.We didnt have breakfast included but did go one morning. Good array of Indo & western food. The pool is large with a swim up bar & a childrens pool adjoing. There is also a beautiful roof top bar but not a lot of shade up there. You have to get there early to wrangle one of the 4 cabarners with shade. The hotel is next door to the Y bar I think the front rooms may get some noise from there at night. The room we had was further to the back so we didnt hear it. Staff are all friendly & very helpful
