The lounge was out of a lot of food, it would have been good to know or have it better stocked.

Room and bathroom light was incredibly dim, overall very dark everywhere, need higher voltage or more lights. Some of the towels provided were frayed all around. Bathroom can do with an upgrade, especially the shower is very weak and no shower gel provided. Complimentary breakfast was good.

This outdated hotel has several tripping hazards with bumpy carpet. There was a bench seating area completely worn out with holes in it. The pool is a disaster, has rust everywhere the tiles have no grip whatsoever, my husband slipped just slightly and tweaked his backs, the jets on the hot tub didn’t work and the steam room was out of order, had to call twice for towels. There was a good variety of food for breakfast but were unable to keep up with the demand as they only had one worker filling and cleaning. Every surface in the room was sticky or tacky. As for the room, there was a bathroom tile that was damaged. The pull out was a very uncomfortable two inch thick spring mattress that had no sheets on it when we got there, we asked for some sheets as we couldn’t find any just a coverlet and a pillow, the staff kept fighting on us on the different places the sheets could have been instead of just brining us some as requested, we eventually got sheets by 10pm after asking for them at 3:30pm. There was one worker who was trying to be helpful and get them to come make the pull out but her supervisor said “they can do it themselves”. They also fought with us when we asked for extra towels due to the jets in the shower spraying everywhere. There was dust on the outlets and cabinets. There was some shady looking electrical work done with the microwave. The walk to the room was long, we were denied a room change.This was the second worst hotel experience in 40 years of travelling

Swimming pool was too small for the hotel. Gym was extremely small. Breakfast was great with lot of variety- enjoyed our breakfast during my stay. Staff were very helpful and response is very good.

Other than dinner at the pub which the food,waiter and drinks were AMAZING.We had no towels in our room so asked and they said they would get some.Came back later called as we had no towels and front desk said we have to come and get them if we want them as they are busy,like really.Then our room smelled when we walked in.Breakfast was gross.Staff looked like they did not want to be there.Nothing was being checked or filled.Then the grosses thing I saw was a female staff member going to stock the utensils with 1 blue glove on and she could not get it opened so she used her teeth to open them.Will never stay there again.The staff done care and the only place that was great was the pub.The pool omg watch when you walk in there the floor is so slippery you could kill yourself.We saw a little girl walking and then slip and fall.There were no pool towels we had to go to front desk for more.This hotel needs to change alot of things.Hopefully the manger see this and does something.On Google there is not 1 good review makes us wonder.

Not happy

Clean room, elevator problems lead to nose when other guests were using it, water damage problems with the hotel.
