Overall this was a fine hotel that was clean and comfortable. It was in the high seventies while we were there and they do not have air conditioning. They did provide a very loud fan which was helpful but it was rather stifling being on the 4th floor. They do not have a shuttle and the hotel is up on a hill in old town, which is a beautiful but steep hike up from the train station and lake. Breakfast was nothing special, some dry pastries, yogurt and small variety of meats, cheese and fruits.

Incredibly helpful staff, kind and attentive, we met 4 different members of the team and they were all great and really looked after us! Rooms are slightly dark and dated but comfortable and clean, and nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Small room, noisy because it is closed to the road, uphill walk to the hotel if you can’t find the right bus route

Very nice folks that spoke very clear English. Montreux is a lovely place to visit. Very quaint.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The windows must’ve been very thick because it kept all noise out, very pleasant stay. Thank you.

The room was compact but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only quibble I had was with shower. A little more attention to the corners or maybe a recaulking job would make a nice difference.

We loved out stay at Tralala! The location is amazing and close to many transit options, both bus and train making it easy to get around. Montreux is very hilly and steep, but Tralala was in a great location in a very artistic area. The room was great, and we had a nice balcony with a view all the way down to the lake! Staff was super friendly and spoke English and gave us lots of tips and helpful advice.
