everithing was good

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport since I was only staying for one night. Staff was friendly and quick. The hotel was well maintained but the A/C could have been better.

We really wanted to like this hotel. The lobby was clean, spacious, and our 2:00 check-in was smooth, so our first impression was good. After dropping off our bags, we went to the hotel restaurant for lunch only to be told it was closed until 7:30 p.m. Reception suggested a few nearby restaurants, but every one they recommended was closed. We ended up walking around in 37°C heat for nothing before heading back to the hotel to the moderate air conditioning. We came back to the restaurant at 7:30. Despite numerous empty tables we were told there was no room for us and we’d have to wait until 9:30. After explaining that hotel staff told us to return at 7:30, we were allowed to order takeout. Our server also appeared annoyed throughout the interaction. One gentleman, who appeared to be the manager or owner, let us wait at a table while our food was prepared--more confusing, as there was apparently space for us to wait, but not to eat. The room was the biggest disappointment. The bathroom had black mould in the shower, a strong urine smell, and what appeared to be a blood smear on the door frame. We reported these concerns but were simply told the hotel stood by its cancellation and refund policy. Between the unsanitary room, poor air conditioning, misinformation from staff, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend staying here--even for one night.

Is a good hotel

The room and property were clean. The location is very practical if going to the airport the next day. The air conditioning is not very strong. The beds are comfortable.

Very convenient to the Rome Airport with clean and professional, friendly front desk. Very practical and positive experience.

No frills but easy access to the airport for a quick stay

The room was ok. The breakfast was goog.

Practical location for the airport. The a/c was slow to cool the room. Cleanliness was ok.

It's the perfect location for those needing somewhere close to FCO airport for morning flights etc. Our room and the hotel more generally were spotlessly clean. Their bar operates 24/7 and the restaurant and pizzeria right across the road provides great tasting and great value Italian cuisine. We'd happily stay here again when flying in and out of FCO.
