The whole stay was good, room was clean and today, breakfast had a great selection of choice. Lift was out of action but wasn’t an issue having a room on the 1st floor.

The weeklong stay was ok but for one staff member who gave my spouse, who arrived after my check in, a hard time even though her colleague had updated the reservation to include the spouse’s additional information

The room was a great size, as was the bed. It was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of variety. The staff were all friendly and helpful too.

Room cleaning is so fantastic and all staff are very nice. I believe the breakfast would be so good even though I did not have it at this travel but the environment has been not too bad. Car park arrangement to be wonderful and easy as well.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and on this hot night the air con was great. The lift was not working which might have been an issue but not for us. Katie and the other receptionist were very helpful and friendly. Good stay and value for money.

Hotel room small but comfortable. Ideal base camp for City centre via Uber/Taxi. Slight issues in getting a working iron, but staff did resolve. Staff friendly and helpful.
