Beautiful classic style hotel in great location in Otranto. Room was huge, bed super comfortable. Rooftop bar is gorgeous, with exceptional views over the harbour and city walls. Breakfast pretty good.

The hotel is located a half block from the beachfront with many restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and arranging parking and getting the baggage to the hotel. There is a lovely rooftop terrace, which is especially nice because they serve breakfast there. Great view Patricia, the receptionist, was very helpful and a great ambassador for the Hotel.

Very personal place. Magic

Staff members were always available and eager to assist. It was an excellent experience

The staff (especially Patricia) was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect

Highly recommend this charming, historic hotel! Elegant & very clean w/ superb staff & warm assistance w/ dinner reservations. Breakfast on rooftop terrace was ample & quite good. Will return with my husband!

Staff excellent, amenities are excellent. Great location.

Poor service options

Great location. Breakfast was really good and staff were wonderful attending to our needs.
