My sister & I loved the hotel ,all the staff and wonderful breakfast. Possibly the best cups of coffee ever !
A few niggles.
The pool area is beautifully designed, however it is unfortunate the busy main road is right behind therefore it’s quite noisy.
The location is on a busy road so there are no near restaurants or shops you can walk to. However the hotel’s shuttle bus into central Florence is great and regular.
It would have helped to have known in advance that the hotel plugs are different to most European ones So the ones we bought to charge phones etc were useless.
Lastly if you don’t like hoards of tourists constantly in your face ,late May ,early June should be avoided.
