Super helpful, parking was easy and they welcomed out pet with bowls and his own doggie bed.

Luxury at a good price. Lovely room on the 14th floor. Big TV & comfy queen-size bed. We appreciated the Nespreso machine and the log-effect fireplace. Good downtown location & 20 minute walk to Old Montreal. Definitely a 4 Star. Daily made service. Would stay again without a second thought.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was excellent with shopping and restaurant options nearby, staff were very friendly, everything very clean, and I really enjoyed the boutique feel. Particularly appreciated all the small touches that combined made our stay feel special: umbrellas, nespresso machine, wine openers, and more. Great water pressure in the shower too. We’d def return. We also ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner, very delicious! Thank you to all the staff. 😊

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Hotel is in an excellent location. The only issue we had this time is the renovations to the hotel that were recently completed (I believe) under new ownership. The shower stall door would not open outwards as the toilet was in the way- seems like the door was put on the wrong side of the stall? Also, it seemed like there was no ventilation in the room- air conditioning was on low but air was stale and stuffy. We will definitely stay here again- we just preferred the pre-renovation rooms we stayed in before.

We came in our room and there was poo in the toilet. So obviously the toilet had not been cleaned since the previous guest. We called downstairs they send someone who used one of our towels to clean the toilet seat then left and forgot the cleaning product in the room. We were not told at Check-in but the pool was down for maintenance for the week. So that heated pool forget about it. Came down with our 2 kiddos, 2 and 4 years old dressed in pool wear with their floaties and everything to a closed pool. Then their solution was the YMCA for our 5 night stay. Not a solution. Luckily, I contacted Expedia was very helpful and moved us to another hotel with a heated pool that worked. But you count the hour on the phone repacking our luggage and kiddos and ubering to another hotel took effort and $$$. Do not be fooled by the IG star who post about this place. You’ll get nothing when you come but disappointment. Not even a little cake like most 4 star hotel open to get better review. As well the bottom of the beds have motion sensor light so as soon as you moved in the bed the lights would go on. Super annoying. Been my worse hotel stay by far. Do not be fooled by the IG stars who stay there to post like we were.

Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an AMAZING location! Unfortunately during our stay the pool was not open, and the gym is very small (I believe it had 1 cable machine and 2 treadmills, not enough room to place a yoga mat down) so that was unfortunate but overall the hotel rooms were very clean, staff was so nice and helpful and we had a great stay!

We had an unplanned layover in Montreal, we lucked out with such a great pick in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, also helped us find food delivery so late into the evening. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was fabulous, very comfortable with excellent pillows and linen. The bathroom was great too, very clean with an excellent shower, water pressure and towels. An excellent place for any stay in Montreal

New hotel opened since only a couple of months, all amenities beautiful and tidy, very central in downtown, every place of interest in proximity, Metro less than a block away, REM (new train system) less than 2 blocks away, highly recommended!
