June 2026 Visit, couple in mid 30's who hiked most mornings and relaxed by the pool in the afternoon, half board, basic room during off season, nice toiletries provided.
The Good: Plenty of parking, sunloungers, choice of tables at meal times, no queuing, reception staff helpful, rooms cleaned daily, beautiful garden setting, good quality buffet food.
Improvements: Clearer instructions on how to arrive by car (car park is accessed via connecting sister hotel and Eden Mar reception not clear from the road/pavement until you know where it is. Would have liked yoga/pilates sessions to happen daily and before breakfast (they were 2 x per week around 11am), would have liked more than one pool dance class too, this was also indoors so I didn't attend. Few items in the room were dinked and well used e.g. chairs, table etc. Bathroom in need of a refresh. Neither a big issue, but didn't feel as luxe as the rest of the hotel.
