The restraint was closed, had to eat dinner in basement, it was a poor value at $450 per night

Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

I was attended by three people, first the trainee, then another lady and then finally a person called Devine. I was there 1.23pm and I was given an option taking room with 2 single beds by Devine which I refused. He then offered 1 Queen bed, and I rejected it and told him I need what I booked, a King size bed. He said that wont be ready till 3pm as thats the check in time and I told him I wont mind waiting. I went back around 3.25pm and got my keys in like 5 minutes by same person.

I would say this is a typical Marriott hotel. If you’re American, you will feel comfortable since it’s similar to all Marriott’s in the states. The service isn’t the best as far as concierge. I didn’t feel like they were the most helpful. They are friendly just didn’t seem that knowledgeable. If you want any excursions, I recommend you book them on your own. The third-party that they work with is terrible. Room service came in a timely matter for nights that you don’t feel like going out. The room was clean, although the towels had a real weird smell so I did have to request new towels. They provide bottled water but their glass and they’re a little bit on the smaller side so I would recommend stopping at a grocery store to get bottled water if your someone who drinks a lot of water. Personally, I think the best thing about this hotel is the location.

A mall was in walking distance. The breakfast was fresh every day. The room was cleaned daily. The driver service was awesome, and they wait for you.

This is an excellent hotel for Accra. The Staff works at being very helpful and friendly.
