This is the best resort. It was our second time visiting and we’ll definitely be back. Perfect for a couples getaway to recharge and relax. The spa and food are amazing… So is the staff!!! Rosalba was there during our first trip and was there still last week. She’s always so nice and always takes care of us!!!! We’ll be back soon!

Great place for a quick trip

Beautiful and luxe, amazing restaurants and food was so delicious! 10/10

The most perfect experience! It was our first time in Mexico and the staff made the place amazing

Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed. After experiencing recent family losses, we were looking for a peaceful place to relax, recharge, and reconnect, and Atelier delivered that in every way. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The modern design, immaculate grounds, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and calming. Every area of the property was well maintained, and the staff consistently greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The food was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants, and each meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, and there was never a shortage of quality dining options throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a true retreat. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we appreciated how well everything was maintained. The pools and beach were stunning. We never had trouble finding a place to relax, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful without feeling boring. Whether we were enjoying the pool, walking along the beach, or simply taking in the views, every moment felt like an escape. What truly sets Atelier apart is the level of service. The staff genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience.

Everything about this place was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay!

Got room 2308 and 2312, extremely noisy from whatever was above them, moving fueniture and steps since 6:00 AM that continue throuh 4:00 AM, ALL DAY! Could not sleep. It happened at both rooms distant one from then other. Not worth the price! I’m Expedia Platinum member for many years, and certainly have basis to compare

Great. we need to be able to control room temperature
