Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. However we feel uncomfortable about the room layout. We stayed in a business twin room. Shower room door and toilet door were frosted glass. Also there was no closed changing space. It was opened to the bedroom space. Besides there was a 10 cm of transparent gap on the partation between bedroom and washing space. Technically dressing space is a part visible from the bedroom. We wished we had known about it. It designed only for a couple. Otherwise everything was great.

Parking very easy awesome. Breakfast perfect and cheap if you have to pay but mine was included. Beach 10 min walk but dont go to university area on GPS as get lost..staff should explain exact directions and tell you train is free to other places without asking. There is a shuttle too. Overall great nearly 5 star but staff should know and explain great places and direct carefully and not after the fact. Other strange things are no ice machi es, no dressers in rooms and soaps that smell very bad. This is why 3-4 star but close to 5 if.mamanagement is not stubborn to make changes which i detected. Lovely spot, with view over the Lake. Large clean rooms, modern design, but very Spartan. We arrived late and in room snacks were non-existent. Restaurant closed at 10pm. Too few electric outlets, and it would have helped to have a night light by the bathroom, which was internal and difficult to navigate in the dark.

Needed a point on Lake Geneva fairly central- easy to get to Geneva, Annecy, Mont Blanc, Montreaux and Lausanne. Easy access to autobahn- within 5 minute drive. No road noise. Heavy residential area. 2 good restaurants down by the lake. Ask for a room on the Lake view side. A/C in room - yes- not very cold. Hanging rod and open shelf is it for the closet- no drawers. Would recommend for business travelers. Good staff and hotel restaurant provides a nice breakfast and varied dinner menu weeknights.

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was very accommodating when we added a 3rd guest after check-in. Air conditioning worked well. Very nice view from our room.
