Charming hotel walking distance to London bridge and Tower bridge. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Excellent find. Great location not far from bank so can get anywhere relatively easily. 30 minute walk to Covent Garden. Rooms have everything you need, free minibar, welcoming reception staff. Hamid the porter was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely consider staying here again for a London trip.

3rd time staying at this hotel, it’s tucked away so super quiet but still good location. Beautifully decorated rooms and good amenities . Staff were lovely and helped me with my luggage disposal after I had a to buy a new suitcase.

The property and rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. However during our stay the weather was quite warm, around 26C, but the air conditioning in the room was very poor and did not cool the room, so we barely got any sleep. Out concerns were not addressed by hotel staff - we were given a fan, but this did nothing. There was no attempt to move us to an alternative room or fix the problem. The hotel is probably amazing in situations where air con is not needed.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely location. Our room was compact but beautifully appointed. Very comfortable bed, pillows and linen and gorgeous Ortiga toiletries in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous and a real plus point. However, as is so often the case, it was the staff who made it. Our particular thanks to Sergio who served us last night on the rooftop terrace, and to the two gentlemen who were on reception on Saturday and Sunday, who were absolutely charming.

This hotel is amazing. We enjoyed everything about our stay at V&M. Centrally located in London City with short walks to tube station (Mansion House), St Paul’s and the bridge to cross over to Burrough Market. Rooms were top-notch. Complementary snacks were a nice touch.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Stay We recently stayed at Vintry & Mercer to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was honestly the best hotel experience we’ve had in London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt looked after throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning, stylish rooms and a real sense of luxury without feeling pretentious. We were incredibly touched to receive a complimentary room upgrade and glasses of champagne to help celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion feel even more special. The attention to detail, warm hospitality and overall quality of the hotel were outstanding. We left feeling thoroughly spoiled and very grateful for such a memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to London and would highly recommend Vintry & Mercer to anyone looking for a truly special hotel experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make our celebration so memorable.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had great amenities. The rooftop for a glass of wine was amazing and kid friendly. Will definitely come back here.

Beautifully furnished room and the most comfortable bed ever. Gorgeous shower. Staff really friendly and efficient and nothing too much trouble. Brilliant location within minutes of St. Paul's. Excellent food. Loved the rooftop restaurant.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Vintry & Mercer celebrating my 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. The hotel is beautifully appointed and perfectly located in a quiet yet central part of London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade and complimentary champagne, which we enjoyed on the beautiful rooftop bar with stunning views across the city. Our room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best we’ve experienced in any hotel. A special mention to Ali on Reception, whose warmth, professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Ali is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Vintry & Mercer to anyone looking for a special stay in London.
