Host was helpful in getting us in before 3pm check in! A bit difficult to get a hold off and we did not receive check in information until contacting them.
Although I wish the bathroom grout and shower were cleaner, we were happy to have air conditioning during a heatwave. The room size is perfect for two people. Very nice stay at convenient location.

The apartment was very comfortable and large pillows were perfect. Bed was perfect bathroom a little dining table. It was close to everything. It was very quiet. Love it. I will come here again and tell all my friends.

Es un apartamento, limpio y confortable en un edificio nada de lindo. La ubicación es inmejorable y la comunicación con la anfitriona Clara y fluida.

Ниже среднего We stayed 2 nights. There was major reconstruction work in the apartment next door. We were rudely awakened at 8 am on the Friday morning and 8.30am on Saturday morning with loud hammering and drilling. This continued throughout the day. We complained to the workmen but they pointed out construction can start at 8am in Italy. This apartment should not have been rented. There is major construction work being carried out in the building, with protection on the carpets, this may continue for several months.
You cannot leave your luggage for early check in or late check out, you have to take them to an office a few blocks away.
The air con in the room is not fully working, it needs a re-gas.
On a positive note the room was ok and the staff are very pleasant. Location is near a Metro station.

A little bit misleading. Should be communicated in advance that it is more of an apartment rental than a hotel. The check in procedure was incredibly frustrating after travelling for 20 hours. And at first we were not able to find the location. Host needs to be mindful of the fact that people are coming from outside of Europe and may not have access to wifi thus the check in instructions should be sent a couple days prior. Otherwise the location was great and the room itself was good. Thanks

Location was great, there was construction in the building, while inside the unit was ok, very dusty for the walk from building lobby to the unit.
