Double deluxe room is not as per pictures - there’s 3 in the property that accurately reflect, all others have a closed off traditional balcony. Staff not solution oriented, smoking at front door, sleeping on chair in reception. Property is not well kept, cats roaming around, carpets frayed, walls marked and damaged. Black out curtains, not really..! The major plus is the breakfast - fresh, varied and tasty and generally can’t fault it at all

An excellent location on a historic street in the old town. The staff is friendly. We liked the home made Georgian breakfast. The hotel is run down. Very old carpet on the staircase. No elevator. We stayed in a deluxe twin/double room on the last floor and had a huge balcony overlooking the city. It was a big bonus.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The property felt safe and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Front Desk told me that they were sold out and it was overbooked and they never gave me the room and then they charge me and they said that the front desk was actually not informed and even though I had to pay for another hotel and stay somewhere else they still try to keep my money and they don’t admit their issue
