В пешей доступности от центра Церматта, вокзала и канатных дорог. Тихий район рядом с ресторанами, магазинами и лыжными шаттлами, с хорошей транспортной доступностью.

Приветливый, отзывчивый многоязычный персонал. Эффективный бесплатный трансфер от и до железнодорожного вокзала. Отличный завтрак «шведский стол» и варианты ужина.

Номера и общественные зоны неизменно чистые и ухоженные. Безупречные ванные комнаты с полотенцесушителями. Удобные кровати, хорошие пуховые одеяла и свежий ремонт.

Атмосфера и удобства

Уютная атмосфера горнолыжного шале. Хороший бар, ресторан и открытая терраса. Удобные кровати, современные удобства, семейные люксы и помещение для лыж с сушилками для ботинок.

Wonderful property. Staff was amazing. Julia (bartender/server) was fabulous…super friendly and welcoming. Had a fantastic experience at the adorable “Foundue Chalet”!

If you want to sleep past 7am, it won’t happen. Housekeeping and other guests start slamming doors promptly at 7. The first floor was insanely loud, I heard breakfast noise from the floor above. There’s no air circulation, even with windows open at night so if it’s warm out, prepare to sweat. The male employees were really kind but the females were rude. Getting an extra pillow and a fan in my room seemed to anger the front desk girls. Wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price.

The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing.

Good location, very friendly staffs, shuttle bus drivers are very helpful. Good breakfasts and good daily dinners menus. Nice balcony can watch Matthorn sunrise . Only a 3 minutes walk to the bridge for sunrise view. 5 minutes walk to Matthorn glacier paradise cable car station.

Amazing stay. We got an upgrade to a larger unit, which was super large. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. We have two way transfer from station to hotel with our luggages on check in and out dates. Location is quiet and peaceful and a few minutes walk to the centre of village

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was important considering the extremely high prices in Zermatt. Thank you to all the staff!

We stayed in four different hotels during this vacation and Hotel Jagerhof was by far our favorite. The staff was friendly, the room was plenty big enough for three people, and there was a lot of space in the shower for all of our toiletries (and we have a teenager daughter). Our room seemed to have been recently renovated and the hotel is in the perfect location to walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good as well. The only thing missing in the room is a small refrigerator to put a few bottles of water to keep cold but that is certainly very minor. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
