В пешей доступности от центра Церматта, железнодорожного вокзала и канатных дорог. Тихий район рядом с ресторанами и магазинами. Легкий доступ к лыжным шаттлам.

Дружелюбный, услужливый, многоязычный персонал. Эффективный трансфер до железнодорожного вокзала. Отличный завтрак «шведский стол» с современными кофемашинами. Помощь с организацией досуга.

Номера и общественные зоны всегда чистые и ухоженные. Безупречные ванные комнаты. Удобные кровати и хорошие одеяла. Просторные, недавно отремонтированные номера.

Уютная, гостеприимная атмосфера. Хороший бар и ресторан. Удобные кровати и современные удобства. Доступны семейные люксы. Лыжная комната с сушилками для ботинок. Из многих номеров открывается вид на Маттерхорн.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was important considering the extremely high prices in Zermatt. Thank you to all the staff!

We stayed in four different hotels during this vacation and Hotel Jagerhof was by far our favorite. The staff was friendly, the room was plenty big enough for three people, and there was a lot of space in the shower for all of our toiletries (and we have a teenager daughter). Our room seemed to have been recently renovated and the hotel is in the perfect location to walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good as well. The only thing missing in the room is a small refrigerator to put a few bottles of water to keep cold but that is certainly very minor. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main station. It’s clean, offers minimal amenities, and has a great breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very negative note. On my last night, I was locked out of my room after reception had closed. There was no visible emergency contact at the front desk, and if one exists, it certainly wasn’t made clear. I tried reaching out via Expedia chat and WhatsApp, but received no response, even while writing this review. As a result, I had no choice but to spend the night sleeping on the sofa in the reception area until staff returned in the morning. It was an extremely frustrating and uncomfortable experience. At the very least, the hotel should provide a clearly visible 24-hour emergency contact for situations like this.

The staff went above and beyond to answer questions, help with taxi and arrange breakfast for an early departure. The hotel is perhaps a 15 min. Walk from the train station and close to the gondola for the ski area, was also easy to navigate to and from. We chose it for a three bed bedroom.

Everyone was extremely friendly, the beds were super comfy, we loved having a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, breakfast was delicious, we would definitely stay here again!
