The room was cleaned every day, and I really appreciated the hard work of the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job keeping everything tidy and replacing the towels daily. Unfortunately, the pool area was far too crowded. It was almost impossible to find a sunbed, and the pool water didn't seem very clean because of the number of people using it. The pool itself also felt more like a small splash pool than somewhere you could properly swim and relax. There were also several couples behaving inappropriately with excessive public displays of affection, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable at times. In addition, children were constantly running, jumping, and splashing in the pool, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful experience. Overall, while the housekeeping was excellent, the pool area was disappointing and didn't provide the relaxing environment we were hoping for. At times, it felt as though the hotel would be better suited as either an adults-only resort or by having separate adults-only areas.This version keeps your main points while making the review clearer, more professional, and easier to read.

Great breakfast and pool. Excellent access to parking and old town. Housekeeping not thorough with towels and soap.

Lovely staff, great location & pool was a highlight even though it can get busy. Good breakfast & nice gym. Room was on the small side but fine for a few days.

Really good kinda of self serve hotel. Clean and roomy rooms. About 20 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. 5 minutes walk from the Metro.

The Staff members were all terrific, courteous, and very helpful! I wish the room wasn't so cold. Otherwise, we had a great time! Thanks for a great time in Valencia, Spain!

Such a great hotel. The staff was very helpful at check-in with a map and easy directions to the city center. Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop pool was such a relief from the hotel July sun. Would stay again!

Overall a good trip and experience. Solid 4 star hotel. Could use more help on reception as check in crowds are huge. It can also use a good evening restaurant as the sky bar is meh for food with kids
