Staff was very courteous from the very start of booking, they contacted me right after i booked to ensure all our needs were looked after before we arrive. They contacted me to re state the notes i wrote in the request, as well as arrange our shuttle pick up to and from the airport.
When we arrived the front of the resort needed a little updating, but once you get in and see the amazing view, it's like you're transported to whole different place. The staff was always so nice and informative, the two that stood out were Miran (not sure of spelling) & Kate. They were always prompt in greeting and preparing our table as well as being informative in the excursions and tours the resort offered. Would definitely recommend.
