Unfortunately, my family’s stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
While removing the sheets from one of the beds, we discovered a large dried urine stain on the mattress. This was not a minor housekeeping issue—it was a mattress that should have been removed from service and replaced. Had we not removed the sheets ourselves, we never would have known what we were sleeping on.
When we reported the issue, the hotel offered to move us to another room or provide complimentary parking. In my opinion, neither response addressed the real concern: a visibly stained mattress should never be used for paying guests in the first place.
To make matters worse, many of the towels throughout the hotel were also stained, which further raised concerns about overall cleanliness standards.
The staff was mostly polite and did apologize, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left us with little confidence in the property’s housekeeping and quality control practices.
Based on our experience, my family will not be returning.
