Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned twice daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping malls, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. As our elderly parents also stayed in the hotel, the hotel could provide commode chair for shower. Just to note that the bed is rather high for the elderly. There is a shortcut that links the hotel to Marina Square and Millenia Walk.
Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!
Suggestion: could be more elderly friendly as there is a curb to the shower room which can be inconvenient to the elderly. If you plan to walk to MBS with elderly on wheelchairs, do note that will have to push down the slope.
