They checked another traveler into our room so at 2:30 AM someone tried to open the door with a valid key. Not knowing who it was, I had to push the door closed. Never cleaned the room. Promised a refund which we haven’t received.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were some of the most comfortable I’ve been in. The pool was closed for maintenance. That would have been helpful to know before hand. The laundry facilities was hard to find and had to get a code to get into the room. Loved we were right by some great shopping and near the interstate.

Nori was the best ! She was so nice to me and my kids while we stayed there and we are currently going through a rough time and she made our stay so much better ! I genuinely feel like she deserves a raise ! :) Nori you rock my love <3

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of shopping and places to eat in the area as well. Staff at check in was hurried and not very helpful. The place has two different sections. Were were not given directions on what section of the hotel our room was in. Additionally, we were not given our breakfast vouchers.., I had to come back down and ask for them. Also, our keys were not staying programed. I think the lock on the door needed some maintenance.

Staff was courteous and professional chamber staff was excellent. Facility was nice and clean linens nice and clean. Fresh coffee all day and cold water with lemon 🍋 location worked great foe me

The Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable. We were kicked off several times a day. The reason we gave a poor rating is the room alarm (probably the smoke detector) went off in the room next door at 5 a.m. this morning and was not turned off until over an hour later. When the alarm started, staff said it was a room alarm which would turn off. Not the case. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. I wanted to send an e-mail to the manager but it was impossible to find an email address on their web site.
