Love it

One of the best vacations we've ever been on.

The food was the best food I’ve ever eaten on a resort, it was well seasoned and delicious. However the facilities were a bit old and outdated. Necessary renovations would help make this a 5 star hotel. Additionally, all the bar areas by the pool were unkept. They consistently smelled like garbage and rotting fruit.

We booked Secrets St. Lucia to celebrate our 5 year Anniversary. The location is an hour and twenty minutes from the airport. When we arrived at 2pm which was earlier than the 4pm check in. We knew that our room wouldn’t be available. We were welcomed with a rum punch and waited to start the process of checking in.Once the room was ready, we were taken in a golf cart. Our room 207 was located in great location, we had booked it with the plunged pool. When we arrived to our room, I was hoping we would have been welcomed with a banner “Happy Anniversary “ like other doors since I had previously reached out to them. Our room was spacious and cleaned. The bellboy showed us that the Mimi fridge which had not been restocked. He mentioned we will have someone restock it… this never happed. We walked to the pool and beach, the pool and beach were very nice and cleaned. We waited for the staff to offer us drinks and after a while someone came and took our order. That was the last time anyone else came around to ask for our order. We instead decided to walk to the bars to grab our drinks. This happened serval time during our stay. Our meals were good but nothing that stood out . The staff at all the locations were the same, we waited for drinks whether it was coffee or cocktails . It just took longer than what were had been used to in other . In two occasions we requested things and it never came. This placed lacks hospitality, which we always look for . We will not be back.

Great drinks and bartenders

The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs.

Everything was amazing! Great staff, great food and amazing views. We will be back!

The rooms were emaculate! The staff was always polite and helpful! The property is beautiful.

Very shook on the level of service staff showed, lack of enthusiasm to help one out, staff seemed over worked, short staff overall didn’t seem happy to be there. Forsure not the level of service I was expecting.

honestly the best thing about this visit was the resort, they always have a smile on thier face and treat you very nicely, drinks, food inclusive everywhere, beach very clean and smooth
