Clean room. Breakfast was plenty and good. I didn't like that my room was in the building across the street instead of being in the building that faced the beach. I was disappointed.

I would never stay at this hotel again. I’m not sure how it was rated 4.5 out of 5. Room was very out dated and stains from the carpet to the ceiling. Front desk staff wasn’t pleasant and uninformative. Even though it’s a beach front hotel the beach isn’t free. The pool and jacuzzi is dirty. I was told by beach patrol it is $50 for a chair and umbrella. Just overall a bad experience. Do yourself a favor and book a hotel down the street. We did and lost out on $400.

The room was clean for the most part. Could have used a bit more touches. It was a comfortable room. Great view. Love the chairs and umbrellas they have for their guests. Like the security feature on the elevator. Overall a great stay. The outdoor bar should stay open later in the summer. 8 is a little too early

Too many unruly kids that spoil it for the kids that are there with their family. Management needs to do a better job of managing the pool area. Need to have someone to collect & hand out towels and check tags to make sure that the people belonged in the pool. Breakfast was great! Staff didn't speak English, stayed a week and they never cleaned our rooms, only switched out clean towels.
