Very nice stay overall with a clean and comfortable room. The property was well kept and made for a pleasant experience. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. They were reliable, kept the room very clean, and provided fresh towels every day, which made the stay even more comfortable.
However, one interaction with a staff member stood out. When I asked about luggage handling, he became a bit impatient and told me to refer to the website. I understand the information may be available there, but as a guest, I wouldn’t be asking if it were already clear to me. It wasn’t the most helpful response, especially for travelers who may need a bit more guidance.
