Hotel was good overall but the only problem I had was that food could be better but luckily for me I only did half board so that way I was abt to go get either lunch or dinner outside the resort.

Please don't take glasses (in case U don't order) from table on diner time

Room was kept clean, the cleaners are so friendly as were the pool/bar staff as well as spa. Emma the spa manager was lovely as was our therapist Dimirta. The receptionist Marta was absolutely rude on arrival and her attitude during our check in and room assignment was just shocking. The manager was able to correct and give us an alternative room which was what we paid for. Sea view room. The hotel should give guests complimentary late checkout especially when they are not so busy. The hotel is beautiful and the food did not fail during our half board stay. The soft drinks are overpriced but there is a local spa which is more affordable.

The hotel come with private beach, great for the family. The hotel is clean, staff is extremely nice. It is very close to the village.

Excellent location. Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Really enjoyed all 3 pools, the nearby beach, and everything within walking distance! My room type should not have been listed as it is “ Dazzling Blue Sea View Outdoor Hot Tub”. It is a ground floor room directly facing a fairly busy pedestrian street. Flip up blinds were closed the entire stay, so this room doesn’t truly offer even a peak view of the ocean, let alone a “dazzling blue sea view”. Had a great time while in Crete, but wish they would market this room type honestly, as it was disappointing and I think false.

All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable.

Well-maintained with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, it provided a fantastic spot for relaxation. Our children loved the kids' pool, while we enjoyed the serene adults' pool. The spa facilities were also excellent, offering a peaceful escape. The staff at Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa were outstanding. From our arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always ready to assist and ensuring we felt welcome. Overall, our stay at Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa was perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, delicious food, excellent facilities, and exceptional service made our family trip special.
