food and staff were amazing

Food could off been better and wish there was more variety for kids. But overall it was a good vacation at the resort. Will go there again

Erick M. and Carolina from Family Concierge were absolutely amazing. Upgrading to the Family Concierge service was one of the best decisions we made during our stay. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make her feel special every step of the way. From arranging a private dinner and thoughtful gifts to beautiful decorations, they truly made the celebration unforgettable. They were available 24/7, always ready to answer questions, assist with requests, and ensure everything went smoothly. It felt like having a personal guide throughout the entire trip. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend Erick and Carolina to anyone considering the Family Concierge experience. They exceeded every expectation and helped create memories that our family will never forget. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean rooms, helpful staff, very pretty resort. Food just needs a lot of work.

The resort was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean

Everything was amazing, we loved entire aesthetic. However, we ran into some staff that was very helpful and some that were not. Most of our issues were with the restaurants. They would turn us around saying we needed reservations when that wasn’t true. All of the bar staff was very nice and fun. Our favorite was Juan. Kao was our favorite restaurant experience there. My friend went to Cal and loved it as well.

Amazing 5-day vacation at the resort (5/5). Loved Kao and Capella restaurants for dinner as well as the buffet and Vibra restaurant for breakfast. 2-bedroom suite was awesome with three bathrooms. Whole family satisfied. Pools and bars were great. Only issue is the amount of seaweed on the beach but still wouldn’t stop me from returning 😀

Perfect for family

We had a wonderful stay with our family (w/ young kids!). Facilities were beautiful and clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was our concierge, Fernanda, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made our stay feel effortless and was so on top of things which made a big impact on our experience. She was in regular communication and easy to connect with, let us know of resort happenings daily, made all of our dinner reservations ahead of time, reserved us cabanas, set up a special welcome and later a birthday delivery for my husband, took care of everything related to our lagoon sunset cruise, and made sure we were taken care of completely from beginning to end. Our overall experience would not compare without her! She was so easy to communicate with and we saw her daily around the hotel. THANK YOU Fernanda, you're the best! Some opportunity for growth in the resort: not all of our friends had the same experience. Some of us were given welcome drinks upon arrival, others were not. Our concierge was fantastic, but our friends had the opposite experience and no service from their concierge. Some of us were given a coupon booklet for things around the resort, and others were not. Would be nice for consistent experience for all. The food could also be elevated. We tried most of the restaurants and buffet and it was okay but nothing too great, seems like a lot of the same basic food. We also wished we could take stuff to go and eat @ the pool
