We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn during our trip to Vancouver. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a family of five. The location worked well for us. Just keep in mind that traffic into the city is usually busy at almost any time of the day, so that's something to expect regardless of where you stay. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I have only two suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have complimentary coffee available in the lobby for a little longer during the day, and to extend breakfast until 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, just like on weekends. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay! I stayed for 5 nights. Very clean, nice rooms. Complimentary breakfast was good, swimming/hot tub & basketball court was great for the family to and our evenings. Washer & dryer were great. Staff were super nice and helpful!

Breakfast was meh. Staff was friendly, location was good.

Offered a very nice free buffet breakfast that was very good and well run. The room was not stocked with towels and facecloths for 6 people. There were only 2 facecloths and 3 towels. There was no one available to bring the extra towels to the room . But they were provided , if we went to the front desk to retrieve. And we were told there were no extra facecloths available. Preparation for the guests could be improved.

Surprisingly comfortable bed and nice pool area for the kids. Breakfast had a good selection. Location is a bit too far removed, though. You'll be driving a ways to get to any good food or attractions.

The breakfast’s menu is always the same. Over all, the staff and the employees are courteous and pleasing. The hotel is well maintained

Staff was good. That’s it. No soap in the bathroom, broken furniture and stuff in the fridge from the last guest was still not cleared. Amazingly the staff, room service and housekeeping resolved the issues immediately. That’s why 5 star to the staff.

The hotel definitely needs to be renovated. The room was old, the bathroom wall papers were peeling.. and carpets were old. Staff was great. Breakfast was sufficient. I gave it a 3 star out of 5.

As we always use for our trip, this hotel is very quiet and clean, good people specially breakfast team.

It was a great place to stay while I was in town working for a week. No complaints.
