If you like quiet, small resorts, this is your literal heaven. I never leave reviews, but this place is beyond special. It has an exceptional rating for a reason. This place makes you feel like you did something right in your life and now you’re reaping the rewards. Customer service, rooms, food, grounds, spa, location—unparalleled. Again, if you want an intimate experience book this place. Even if you don’t, this place might just change your mind and your life.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Airport shuttle service was also great. There are multiple shops and restaurants near the resort. We would stay at Klumpu again.

Wonderful hotel in every way. On next stay in Bali there is no question where we will be staying.

Great resort and amazing staff !

We originally booked Klumpu Bali Resort for 4 nights and ended up staying 11, that alone says everything. This is an absolutely wonderful hidden gem tucked away on a quiet back street in Sanur. The resort is small and intimate, with only 8 stunning villas set on the most tranquil property imaginable. The pool area is peaceful and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax, recharge, read, and truly unwind. The sound of the waterfall paired with soft background music creates a calming atmosphere you instantly fall into. Daily breakfasts were incredible, especially the dragonfruit smoothie bowl, which quickly became our daily go-to. Every morning felt special. The service was unbeatable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Spa services were excellent and added to the overall sense of relaxation. Location wise, it’s ideal, just a short walk to the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants, and an easy stroll to the beach as well. We would absolutely recommend Klumpu Bali Resort and would gladly stay here again. A truly special place.

Perfect stay!

The staff were courteous and very welcoming. There was a lovely welcome drink and cool cloth. The spa facilities and restaurant were very good.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay here, and highly recommend it. The staff arranged our pickup from the airport and the driver was there waiting for us. The staff is nice and friendly, and very helpful. The room was conformable, spacious, clean, quiet, and everything worked well. The ground and pool are beautiful, and the restaurant, which cooks your meals to order, was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again if I return to Bali.

Perfect paradise! Highly recommended booking this beautiful escape! We booked this for our honeymoon and stayed 6 nights, which was worth every penny. The staff were very friendly, helpful and exceptional. We had incredibly delicious food there too. Breakfast was our personal favourite and we had a fantastic experience! Complete quiet paradise hidden amongst buzzing Sanur roads.
