Excellent location, hotel and staff

Good location, large room, very nice staff. However, there were issues, namely large roach appeared in the room's shower while I was showering one day, and I encountered another large roach in the room's toilet enclosure on another day. Additionally, there was a street view from one window and the other windows the view was of metal ducts of some kind. I expected more from a 5-star hotel at $500.00 a night.

Great location if you want to stay near Termini

This is a lovely hotel. Well appointed a d well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It’s location right opposite the main railway station make it ideal for getting to and from the airport. The spa is very good. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

Restaurant breakfast was fantastic with so much to choise frkm and everythkng freshly prepared.

I stayed at Palazzo Montemartini Rome, A Radisson Collection Hotel from March 18 to March 20, 2026, and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived around 10 PM for check-in, expecting the level of service that comes with a supposed 5-star hotel. Instead, we were greeted by two reception staff members with extremely poor attitudes. They were unwelcoming, dismissive, and made us feel like we were a burden rather than guests. It felt more like a low-budget motel than a luxury hotel. The situation got even worse during check-out. We left very early in the morning (around 5 AM), and the main gate was closed. Our Uber driver was waiting outside for a long time, and no one came to assist. My wife had to go and personally ask the staff to open the gate. Even then, they made her wait while one of them appeared to have just woken up from sleep. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. From check-in to check-out, the experience was disappointing, frustrating, and stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the price or the rating.
