Everything was wonderful. All the staff was very friendly and helpful to make our stay perfect. Amenities, breakfast, clean areas, all awesome. Will be back for sure

Very decent stay - given the cost and location: Loved the 80s (or 90's) decor - although some might find it too dated! The hotel was always very well cleaned and the rooms very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was a good selection - some variation across the days - and I REALLY appreciated English Breakfast tea being available. The awful lounge music played around the hotel was pretty dreadful though, and the speakers were very distorted and need replacing (a minor complaint!) The staff were friendly and helpful where they possibly could be. The price was pretty good given the high cost of accommodation in Copacabana, and the location was great.

This property is a great value for the money but would not classify it as a 4 star property. The location is hard to beat for this price and there are plenty of places to choose from for food including a 24 hour grocery store across the street. And if you get sick like I did, there are 2 pharmacies next door. Overall I'm happy with the experience.

We really enjoyed the stay - the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooftop pool added quite a lot to our experience.
