This is a beautiful hotel inside, however the beauty and charm fades as soon as you get a lay of the land. This hotel is hovering next to the Tenderloin district which unfortunately has a severe case of rampant drug use and homelessness. Seeing the streets littered with people whose entire living is day to day is heartbreaking. We did find some amazing food spots all within a few blocks such as Milano Pizza and David's Delicatessan. The food and service were delicious. The outside of the property has security guards and they keep it clean and inviting. A fun feature was ringing the golden bell at check in which results in free champagne or apple cider. Sadly there were issues such as delayed service of ice and trash collection. The second elevator was down and the only one working was slow and small in capacity. The rooms are clean, comfortable and inviting. Bring earbuds, since you may hear a fair share of ambulance and fire trucks especially in this area. Highly recommend the sour dough French toast. No pool. Nice workout area, lots of great machines.

I had a great stay. Free coffee in the morning was a bonus.

The staff was super friendly and the room was gorgeous. Location ideal. Highly recommend!

The moment my fiancé and I arrived we were automatically in awe with the hotel as we were greeted by the doormen we were quickly welcomed in with their complimentary champagne the service clerk was very friendly and professional he explained what was included with our stay and if we ever need anything not to hesitate to ask them as we got into our room it was nearly nothing like the photos it was better other than the remotes to the curtains were lost we still enjoyed the view of the city from our room we will definitely be staying here again

Cuando llegas te reciben todos muy bien el problema esta en el deposito de $300 dlls que te piden y al final no te regresaran, se inventan un sin fin de cargos, al principio me incluyeron bebidas alcohólicas a mi factura para aumentar el monto de los cargos después se disculparon lo retiraron pero incluyeron otros cargos sin sentido, como $30 dlls diarios por que te den los buenos días, te ofrezcan agua y por respirar dentro de el hotel, los cuartos están bien duermes bien pero yo pague por el hospedaje y mi estancia ahi anticipadamente, los cargos adicionales se me hicieron un abuso. No volveré a hospedarme ahí. Termine pagando $285 dlls por estacionamiento y cargos que se sacan de la manga. Me hospede 3 días dos noches. P D. Si te hospedas aquí y tienes una camioneta familiar despídete de el deposito de $300 dlls ellos sabrán como consumirlo.

Can't fault any part of my stay at this hotel. If I'm ever planning another visit to the city, this will be my first choice

Great little hotel. Walls are pretty thin and can hear neighbors on calls and their tv but otherwise the hotel and room were great.
