The host was such an amazing person! He helped us with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We got free breakfast with coffee. The room was amazing as well. The staff was very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a fantastic host Massimo and his wife are. Lots of help with navigating Naples and trip options as well as some of the best croissants I’ve ever tasted. Varsani family.

The rooms are In a great location are very clean and the Owners were so helpful all of the time and very friendly. It was a pleasure staying with them .

Very nice people!!! Clean room, and nice bed. I also appreciate they have good WiFi because the other stay didn’t have good WiFi. The owner is very helpful and informative. I feel safe in this hotel and it was very comfortable.

Fabulous little place! Great communication before our late check in, everything was very easy. Spotless room & lovely little breakfast. Thank you

Excellent communication with host. He provided directions with picture and met us at the door. Room was clean and tidy. Hosts provided cappuccinos and sweets for breakfast. One of our party has gluten disease and host made extra effort to get her a gluten free pastry. Host checked in with us during our stay to see how we were doing and provided a map with recommendations of where to eat and sight see. Highly recommend if seeking a place to stay steps away from Napoli Centrale.

Lovely visit to Naples and a great location for those looking to use travel easily by train. It is a perfect launch point for visits in the immediate area. Paolo was extremely helpful during our stay. The breakfast served in our room was a perfect start to a relaxing day.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Massimo and Maria were terrific hosts. Massimo went out of his way to provide an early breakfast to accomodate our touring schedules. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Very clean and neat comfortable beds. Very close to transit terminal makes travel around by bus subway or rail super easy.

This property is a hidden jewel in a not so beautiful neighborhood (it doesn't make a great first impression, but that changes once you get inside). The rooms are fairly basic but super conveniently located near the train station (which we loved because we used the train every day to travel to Pompeii, the Palace of Caserta, and finally to Rome). Also, being close to the train station is like having a shopping mall right next door! We also enjoyed our stay here because the hosts were extremely kind and helpful, the room was quiet, clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable. The room had everything we needed. All in all, Napoli City Rooms met our travel needs.
