Lovely short stay and very convenient if you're not venturing far with a car. We had a birthday celebration in Botany and families living in the Flatbush area so it was a great base for us.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall environment felt quiet and welcoming. Parking was also convenient, highly recommend it to other travellers.

It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded by reserves with native bush. The staff are very helpful (thanks for doing my laundry for me!). Our two bedroom downstairs unit had a ensuite and small kitchenette, couch, table and tv, but we could also use the main shared lounge/kitchen if we wished. We barely noticed the other guests who were staying upstairs at the same time as us because they didn’t seem to use the communal area. It was obvious someone had put a lot of thought into the decor to make you feel like you’re staying somewhere luxurious.

Booked three bedroom apartment. Was nice and clean. Perfect for our one night stay and in a safe area. Would stay here again.

Everything was very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Check in went smoothly.

Clean room and great amenities

The accommodation is generally clean. But a major major problem, is that there was a very strong, fragrance/scent smell probably something from air freshener chemicals, that was present, on the first floor. This was simply, at an unbearable level. These are terrible toxic chemicals that are unsuitable for a habitable space. On the second floor, it was less, sort of, and I could only stay in the place by spending most of the time, in the bedroom with the window open. I did not have any time to be relocating or bringing this up with management. Maybe I should have brought it up and they could have given me a different townhouse now that I think about it. I just figured I was stuck with this problem. But anyway I was quite busy. The other problem is, the method of check-in is not very nice. You have to submit to taking a photo of yourself. This is not normal. There is also too much reliance on technology for the whole check-in process. They kept insisting, on requiring SMS but in the end that did not work, never received the SMS, and I got an email, with the information needed.
