Very hospitable and friendly staff. The whole place gave a very calm and relaxing atmosphere and I enjoyed my stay! Would definitely come again.

Great stay .. love this hotel, very convenient to everything. Stayed in the king vineyard room lovey view .

Bed with spiders ,cable did not work , AC noisy.

Our stay at Senza was very disappointing. We’ve stayed at many hotels that cost far less than the nearly $700 per night we paid here, yet received much better hospitality and service. Service was poor from the start. We had to ask for the advertised welcome drink, and several other guests were doing the same. The hotel also appeared understaffed. At the bar, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Our room was clean, but we booked a Vineyard Suite expecting the experience shown in the booking photos. Instead, our view included an active construction site. We were never informed about the construction, and the vineyard was fenced off with “Private Property - Keep Out” signs, so guests couldn’t even walk through it or take photos. When we asked to change rooms, we were told another room’s AC wasn’t working. The hotel also ran out of toothpaste, a basic amenity. We were under the impression breakfast was a buffet and that the $40 breakfast credit would cover it. Instead, breakfast was à la carte with very high prices. The complimentary black coffee was empty by 8:10 a.m., and at checkout the breakfast credit wasn’t even applied until we pointed it out. Overall, the room was clean, but the service, value, and attention to detail fell far below expectations. We would not stay here again or recommend it.

Wow , I just had such a serene and wonderful time for my birthday. Sheila was amazing at the front desk, actually everyone I encountered at the front desk and throughout the property was beyond amazing . The breakfast was delicious. The sparkling wine upon check in was so refreshing after experiencing the heat . The balcony/ porch with the King Suite was my sanctuary! I will definitely go back to visit !

We enjoyed our stay at the Senza. The location is perfect off a main road yet set back a bit that you feel like you’re in a country setting. The room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the Nespresso in the room. The bed was very comfortable with high end linens. The only reason we didn’t give it all 5 stars is because we found hair in the shower and the pool was not clean and cold. Overall we had a great time!!

Hotel is amazing, quiet and with lots to do in property. Staff is amazing, breakfast is really good.
