1. I reported the loud noise coming from the room next door to the front desk. The front desk said they would warn the guest, but the noise continued. It wasn’t until I went down to the front desk myself to complain that they moved me to a different room.
2. When I close the bathroom door, the bottom of the door touches the tile, so it doesn’t close properly.
3. The glass door to the shower doesn’t close completely, so water splashes out when I shower, which is annoying.
4. The shower drain doesn’t drain well.
5. The shuttle bus to the airport terminal is not free. It costs 2 euros per person.
