Close to station. Bus stop to city outside hotel.

We spent three disappointing days at the Princesa Ana Hotel, which clearly isn't a four-star establishment anymore. It is a very old building and needs a lot of modernisation. Upon check-in, we were given a room with separate beds despite requesting a double. There was also no kettle in the room, requiring us to go to reception for hot water. On the second day, we were offered a new room with a double bed, but we were awakened at 8 am by loud construction. When we returned, our room hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to ask for new towels and sheets. The air conditioning didn’t work when we needed heat, and the breakfast was average for 9 euros. When checking out, no discount was offered despite our complaints. The receptionist, Nicolas, was apologetic about the situation, and I felt sorry for him as he had to take on multiple roles: housekeeper, bartender, concierge and receptionist simultaneously. This is ridiculous. But the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.

Very nice hotel. No parking available when we arrived which was slightly stressful. Parking close by at the train station which would have been useful to know beforehand and reasonable price.

This is an older property. The bathroom was humongous. The rrom was big. It is a clean, tired room close to all transportation.

Everything went smoothly. The room was adequate and the bed comfortable. The downside was lack of tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge

Everything was excellent. The price was great. Clean and quiet room. Very good breakfast with many different options. I would definitely stay here again!
