Don’t stay here. Trust me. We left had to find another place and couldn’t get a refund. Don’t do it.

None of our bedding had been washed. The sheets had crumbs in them blood spots them a bug ran across the mattress of my daughter‘s bed. My son‘s bed had plastic paraphernalia that was obviously used. We rented two rooms and it was the most disgusting experience Our family has had. I believe there were bedbugs with all the spots on the sheets… we ended up staying at a motel eight and it was so much better. We don’t need perfect rooms but what looked like bedbugs and used plastic items in our kids beds sheets and unwashed sheets is unacceptable.

I did not see the option to request a Handicap Room from Expedia, so I called Travelodge before I arrived on Sun. evening 07/12/2026. They said they had one that I could have. When I arrived on Sun. eve., it was not available, so they were able to place me on the 1st floor which was a blessing. However, the bathroom was so small, and the door was not built for rollators, so I had quite a time getting into the bathroom to even go to the toilet. I had to wiggle my rollator, so that it would even gLetticia was very helpful through the door. There was no way that I was able to shut the bathroom door for any privacy. Then, when I sat down on the stool, it was so low, I thought I may have to call someone to help me up. I was able to manage, but it wasn't easy. I called the desk on Mon. eve and requested a Wake-up call at 6:00 am on Tues., but I never received it. I had mentioned that I needed to stay another day, as the check-out time was 11:00 am. They offered to extend it to 3:00 pm which was very nice of them. However, I am a diabetic, and my insulin had to be refrigerated. I was there for a funeral service which was at 11:00 am. Then, we were to go to a luncheon after the service, so I wasn't sure that I would be back in time to check out by 3:00 pm. They did allow me to stay an additional night in the same room, and they honored my AARP card. I really appreciated that. Lettica was very helpful getting me checked out. She brought a cart to handle all of my baggage.

Asked for daily cleaning of room. Didn’t do it 3x during the week. Was refused clean towels at least for last night stay..said didn’t have any clean towels. Male desk personnel pathetic. Was told to fill out paperwork for room cleaning. We did that daily yet no cleaning. Person over the breakfast handled food without gloves. Nasty! This establishment should be shut down. I only chose it because it was related to Wyndham(which I thought was decent) unacceptable in all aspects. Never ever again. Was told we’d get a refund for the last night that we didn’t stay. But that didn’t happen. Needed a place to stay close to Peterson Space Force Base and airport was why I chose this place. Please refund one night (7/17) since we had to find another place to stay.

Avoid this place

Location was great, I have multiple charges for the same room. I do hope to be refunded.

1st room the key wouldn't let us in...2nd room was filthy, tv didn't work, 1/2 of the amenities were missing. 3rd room was ok...dirty, hairdryer didn't work & because of all the problems with the 1st two rooms, we ended up on opposite side of the motel from the friends we were traveling with. Won't stay there again!

The manager is fantastic super friendly helpful the staff is professional and work hard for their clients thank you guys for everything

The front desk staff were great. The room floor needs to be shampooed badly. It smelled like dog. The bed was clean so we made it work. Wouldn’t recommend but the staff were nice. Cleaning crew needs to rent a carpet cleaner or buy one.

Found Bedbugs. Carpet was not clean.
