Septic smells in room every night. Was loud music till wee hours of the morning - but knew that going in - close to beach and shops which was great

The hotel is in a central location, that's the only positive. It's not a 5 star hotel, as it's been advertised. There were multiple issues with the room. Elevators were old, slow and with an inappropriate capacity for a hotel of this size. I've never seen such a traffic on narrow fire escape like stairs. Poor quality. Not to mention the noisy drunken tourists on all premises.

Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Amazing stay at the Sands in Varna! Staff are amazing and helpful. The casino vibe is relaxed and unlike any I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
