Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. We enjoyed the breakfast variety, with different options each morning including breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and soufflés.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We also felt very safe, as a keycard was required to operate the elevator and access the property at night.
Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, ironing board, wardrobe, and armoire. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Towels and sheets were clean. The rooftop patio was beautiful and relaxing, and the location was excellent and within walking distance of many attractions.
A few areas could be improved. The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the shower. The sliding bathroom door had a gap that reduced privacy, and both the door handle and toilet handle were loose. There was also no bathroom fan or ventilation.
My biggest concern was housekeeping. Staff entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves and ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. For privacy and security, I believe housekeeping should always knock and identify themselves before entering.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the staff, amenities, safety measures, and convenient location.
