Overall, a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Marina was especially pleasant and very helpful. Thank you to the whole team.

The lobby was elegant and cozy. The location was convenient to moving around the city. The breakfast was fresh and full of variety. This was a comfortable hotel that made my three days in Helsinki a real treat.

Super kind staff made the hotel stay during our trip ideal. Held onto luggage for us at the end of the- much appreciated.

Lovely hotel in central Helsinki with very friendly staff and an excellent buffet. The only point I would make is that perhaps certain parts of the room I was staying in could've done with a little more attention - dust on top shelves etc. Bathroom was spotless!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is great - close to downtown, close to the ferry terminal, close to transit. The staff is very friendly and helpful - will call you a taxi if you need one. The free breakfast buffet is extensive with choices for every single taste - you’d probably have to pay at least 20 euros somewhere else. The room was comfortable and there was a nice Finnish sauna. The only thing is that if you are going to be there for more than one day, you need to arrange for housekeeping, as apparently they don’t automatically clean the rooms each day. But I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
