Exceptional Experience at This Hotel
As a world traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel made me feel right at home. My stay was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy room and perfectly functioning AC, which was crucial during Shanghai's record-breaking heat wave.
The restaurant downstairs provided a delightful variety of breakfast options. Alongside the standard Holiday Inn fare, there were numerous additional Chinese breakfast choices, catering to all tastes.
The staff were exceptional—helpful, attentive, and efficient. The receptionists made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I must extend special thanks to the manager, Mr. Song, who was tirelessly dedicated and always visible, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. He went above and beyond to assist me with my trip to Hong Kong, making my stay even more pleasant.
The location is very convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, and the Shanghai subway system is fantastic and extensive.
Originally, I planned to stay at various locations in Shanghai for two days each. However, I changed my plans and decided to stay here for nine days instead. This hotel truly felt like a home away from home.
