Beautiful historic property in a very convenient location to Ithica Commons, Ithaca Falls and Cascadilla Gorge Owners and staff were extremely friendly Breakfasts were amazing Afternoon Dubai chocolate cookies, chocolate PB brownies and other sweets were an unexpected treat Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay in this very well-kept Victorian mansion. There were no innkeepers on site, except for breakfast the next day (which was excellent), so it would have been difficult to get assistance if we had needed it. The electrical outlets in the room absolutely need to be upgraded. We use CPAP machines which require outlets to be available at bedside. There were no outlets, except for one unreachable one underneath the bed -- and the other outlets in the room were only 2-prong, not grounded for use with 3-prong plugs. While we appreciated the ambiance of the early 20th century throughout the facility, in this day and age the availability of outlets for phone charging, CPAP usage, etc, etc, is really a requirement.

As always, enjoyed our stay here. There was some trouble with the lighting in the bathroom after some repairs, and we were offered a different room, but decided to stay in the room we had selected. As usual, breakfasts were delicious, and the desserts were wonderful . It is always a pleasure to stay here, and the location is perfect for forays into downtown.

Breakfast was great, and I had dinner at the Alehouse. Very nice visit.

The breakfast was excellent and the afternoon treats was also excellent. The staff was friendly. The room (the Sanctuary) was wonderful and spa tub was a real bonus after a hard days hike.

This inn is conveniently located east check in and out. Wonderful amenities. We will be staying here every trip. The breakfast phenomenal!
