The hotel is conveniently located near Karon Beach and there are quite a few food options within walking distance. It is also closed to the bus route, with one bus going to the airport (it takes about two hours). The breakfast buffet is great, with a broad range of food choices, savory and sweet. The swimming pool in our block was great (it opens at 7am and closes at 8pm). It was a shame the gym was under refurbishment and not available. We experienced a few issues during our stay, but they were all taken care of quickly by the friendly staff. I would not recommend the spa ans massage services at this hotel. They overcharged us twice relative to the prices they first gave us, and they did a terrible job on my husband’s pedicure.

Good size room, balcony was a little small but totally functional. Staff were friendly throughout, helped with arranging taxis, information etc Beach was 2 minutes away, no beach views from our room but still great views.

Clean room and lovely staff.. I would give breakfast a miss and eat at nearby restaurants. Roof top pool was a welcomed surprise- lovely sauna too.

Nice place, staff very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

My friend and I started our Thailand stay here and loved our experience. The hotel itself was really cute, our room was spacious and we loved having the balcony that overlooked a bit of the city. The hotel is right at the beach, with many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and shops around and so many friendly locals. All the workers were kind and helpful. The room had great ac, it was so strong so it got pretty cold at night. The beds were very firm and only had one comforter and no sheets, we would’ve loved a bit cozier of beds and maybe another blanket but we still slept well. Our sheets were clean but did have some pen markings on them and the bathrooms were a bit run down but did the job for the affordable price. We honestly loved our experience here and were sad to leave but highly recommend for young travelers on a budget who want to spend time at the beach, meet locals and explore different bars/shops/restaurants etc.

The hotel.is wonderful. Check-in staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. They offer luggage storage and can accommodate anything you might need. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only complaint is that they are extremely strict with the 'no take away' policy, meaning you cannot take anything from the breakfast area. If you are in a hurry and want to make a sandwich to go, it is not allowed. It is not even allowable to fill a water bottle. We witnessed several situations where the staff was so strict that they even made people dump the food or water in trash rather than taking from the dinning area. The constant monitoring made it a bit uncomfortable . Otherwise, the hotel is great and perfect location.
