Far too busy and noisy. I was offered an upgrade, as expected that was because something was wrong with the upgraded room I was offered - it was above the restaurant, and I could hear the extraction fans and air con whirring noisily. The room itself was OK. Pretty much a clone of the international hotel style. But nothing special. Parking (for my motorcycle) was in a publicly accessible multistorey next door. The security guard was great, and looked after my bike all night. Windhoek city is a bit disappointing too. Museum closed. Hard to get around.
I got propositioned by a young lady in the cafe! That's never happened to me before. Not sure what to think. I said I had to phone my wife, so was too busy. Instead I went round to the supermarket and bought a cheap dinner.
