Best hotel close to everything and wonderful ambient

Great. My roommate loved Stephanie

It was my 60th birthday. I was excited to see my “suite” until I saw the large dark brown stains on the carpet. That was combined with old, worn furniture from the threadbare chair to the table stained with water marks and unmatched chairs. The bathroom floor appeared to need mopping. Housekeeping offered to reclean the room or move me to another. I opted for a new room from 2201 to 2101. This room also had worn furniture but appeared clean. Anytime I needed anything from the front desk my calls from the room were not answered. I had to call from my cell to the hotel main line. I needed a plumber for a clogged toilet. I had to make multiple calls to the front desk. I had to call the front desk to have someone come back and finish cleaning my room after lunch. This was my birthday. I made that known. The room next door to me was never used while I was there. It had an ocean view. Why wasn’t I offered this accommodation as a courtesy after the housekeeping issues I was having. I would not recommend this hotel. The location is not convenient and the service is subpar. The staff does not seem to care. Because this is not a prime location the staff needs to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.

I was delayed 3 hours before I was given a room. Ended up late for dinner reservations. All they had were bad excuses.

Beautiful room, clean room

The staff were very professional. The location is great if you want to be downtown.

I had the best stay for a first time in Miami. Amazing staff, great views & everyone’s helpful. Would recommend for any first time travelers. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Miami.

All perfect

Beautiful bay views, clean spacious rooms, great staff , marvelous restaurant and food.
